Every Website-15 piece is made to be worn for a lifetime. This policy explains what our warranty covers and how to request a repair.
Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
All fine jewelry we make is covered for the lifetime of the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship, including faulty castings, broken solder joints and stones that loosen through a manufacturing fault.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear, such as scratches, thinning of bands or softening of rhodium plating
- Loss or theft of the piece or of stones
- Damage from accidents, impact, chemicals or improper care
- Pieces altered, resized or repaired by another jeweler
Complimentary Services
For the life of the piece we offer free cleaning, prong inspection, polishing and rhodium refreshing for white gold. One complimentary resize is included within the first year where the design allows.
Paid Repairs
Repairs outside the warranty — such as re-tipping worn prongs, replacing lost stones or restoring accident damage — are quoted in writing before any work begins. Nothing is carried out without your approval.
How to Request a Repair
- Contact Client Care with your order number and a photo of the piece.
- We send a prepaid, insured shipping label or book an atelier drop-off.
- Our bench jewelers assess the piece and confirm the work and any cost.
- Your piece is repaired, inspected, cleaned and returned insured, typically within 2–3 weeks.

Please keep your order confirmation or certificate of authenticity. If you received the piece as a gift, we can locate the record with the piece number.
